“What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? Do you not know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

“For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we shall certainly be united with him in a resurrection like his. We know that our old self was crucified with him in order that the body of sin might be brought to nothing, so that we would no longer be enslaved to sin. For one who has died has been set free from sin. Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. We know that Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him. For the death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God. So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.” -Romans 6: 1-11. It Isn’t True – What the People Think.

They are deceived.

They are led astray —

Those who trust in themselves and in their own thoughts and opinions and philosophies and merely human education and merely lifelong human experience. They are in spiritual darkness. They are under the influence of “the god of this world” who was cast out of heaven for his sin of pride – cast out of heaven like a dirty old rag doll. In his own delusions and false pride, he tried to take over heaven; so, True God cast him out. And ever since then there have been very many on earth who are under his influence, who are deceived just like Satan – they too believe they are worthy; and so, they trust in themselves that they are righteous and able to lead others. But look what they have done! Behold their works and the fruit of their works. Look at the corruption in the world today, the violence, the chaos, the poverty of the many and the extreme wealth of the few: Inequity abounds all over the world.

“Yet among the mature we do impart wisdom, although it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are doomed to pass away. But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory. None of the rulers of this age understood this, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. But, as it is written,

‘What no eye has seen, nor ear heard,

nor the heart of man imagined,

what God has prepared for those who love him’ –

these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.” -1 Corinthians 2: 6-10. ESV Study Bible.

Even Israel is led astray. Israel on earth thinks she’s God’s Chosen People – but look what True God says by His Holy Spirit — Who inspired every word of The Holy Scriptures – to wake us up to what True God says — and what we must understand and believe:

“Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not listen to the law? For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave woman and one by a free woman. But the son of the slave was born according to the flesh, while the son of the free woman was born through promise. Now this may be interpreted allegorically: these women are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar. Now Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia; she corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is in slavery with her children. But the Jerusalem above is free, and she is our mother. For it is written,

“Rejoice, O barren one who does not bear;

Break forth and cry aloud, you who are not in labor!

For the children of the desolate one will be more

Than those of the one who has a husband.”

“Now you, brothers, like Isaac, are children of promise. But just as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so also it is now. But what does the Scripture say? “Cast out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman shall not inherit with the son of the free woman.” So, brothers, we are not children of the slave but of the free woman.” -Galatians 4: 21-31.
