By His Grace — through Faith in His Son — and by the Help of His Holy Spirit within our Hearts.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.” -Revelation 1:8. ESV Study Bible.

“And he who was seated on the throne said, ‘Behold, I am making all things new.” Also he said, ‘Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.’ And he said to me, ‘It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of water of life without payment. The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be my son. But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.” -Revelation 21: 5-8. “Behold, I am coming soon, bringing my recompense with me, to repay everyone for what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.

“Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts. Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain. And he shall bring forward the top stone amid shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’” -Zechariah 4: 6b-7. ESV Study Bible.

What happened on January 6^th, 2021 showed us that when we try to take matters into our own human hands we fail.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD,

The people whom he has chosen as his heritage!” -Psalm 33: 12. ESV Study Bible.

Hitler believed in might and power — and he lost. He lost the war and he lost his rule and he lost his life. He ran away and hung himself. All who try to be or do great things apart from Christ are on the road to their own destruction. They are deceived and trying to deceive others. They are deluded by their false beliefs.

“And Moses said to the people, ‘Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.” -Exodus 14: 13, 14. ESV Study Bible.
