It is because of lawmaking — writing and passing laws that establish inequity and iniquity throughout the country and throughout the world system that all living things are now suffering in many ways – such as sickness and poverty and immigrations of millions of distressed people living and suffering in unbearable poverty and lawlessness. Corporate business laws have made the Very Few very wealthy; and consequently, have made the Very Many increasingly poor. That is inequity – an unequal distribution of the world’s wealth.
“Whoever oppresses the poor to increase his own wealth, or gives to the rich, will only come to poverty.” -Proverbs 22:16. ESV Study Bible.
“But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation, into a snare, into many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.” -1 Timothy 6: 9, 10. ESV Study Bible.
Only by the great tribulation that is coming will the corrupted world system come to a complete and final end. And only by the second coming of Christ in power and great glory will the kingdom of God, the home of righteousness, be established and prevail over all nations and all people of the new heavens and the new earth that True God will create for His true believers to enjoy forever in their gloriously regenerated and resurrected bodies.
“But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.
