“Why Worldly Unbelievers Use a Plural Pronoun to Refer to Particular Individuals”
Maybe they do it for the same ungodly reasons that they do abortions of their own unborn children – and refer to this business of killing our country’s defenseless unborn children as “reproductive” rights – when killing human beings is actually just the opposite of reproductive; and change their own body parts to become girls when they were born boys.
They are of the world that lies in wickedness. They walk not in the Light of Christ and His Word – but in the darkness of this world. The eyes of their understanding they have closed.
Their thinking is in error because their minds are in spiritual darkness.
In the gospel of Jesus Christ — which is the gospel of God — which is the gospel of truth – which is the gospel of the kingdom of God — we are given an understanding about this behavior of using a plural pronoun for a single person.
In The Gospel According to Mark, in chapter 5, the Holy Spirit – Who inspired every word of The Holy Scriptures of The Holy Bible — reveals an event that happened between Jesus – Who Is the Living Word of God — and a demon-possessed man. Jesus asked the demon-possessed man, ‘What is your name?’ He replied, ‘My name is Legion, for we are many.’” -Mark 5: 9-10. ESV Study Bible.
