What We Say and What We Do

What we say and do become spiritual seeds that are being planted in our own hearts.

And those seeds will surely grow up and become a reality in our lives. And we will reap those things and eat them – for good or evil – for joy or misery – for happiness or sorrow.

The state that the world is in Today is an example to All the Living of this truth — that God Almighty is Just and Righteous.

Do you want His Love and Mercy ?

Then be loving and merciful.

Do you want His Righteousness ?

Then believe in and on His Righteousness – Not Your Own Self-Righteousness.

Self-Righteousness Is Only a Selfish Thing.

 If you believe in yourself then you are deceived by the god of the world.

“And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled only to those who are perishing. In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For what we proclaim is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, with ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness, has shown in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

“But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us.” -2 Corinthians 4: 3-7. ESV Study Bible.

Only be believing in the gospel of Jesus Christ are we given the grace of God and the faith of Jesus Christ and the Helper – His Holy Spirit – Who delivers us from being selfish and self-centered and self-serving and self-indulgent sinners living on the highway that leads to the destruction of the unbelievers.

O How Mysterious Is The Mystery of Godliness . . .

Those Who are weak have a great advantage over those who are strong.

For “the weakness of God is stronger than men.” -1 Corinthians 1: 25b.

“For consider your calling, brothers, not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, so that, as it is written, ‘Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.” -1 Corinthians 1: 26-31. In our own weakness – if we turn to Him by faith in and on His Son – He is most able to come into our pleading hearts – and fill us with His own glorious salvation and eternal life in Christ – by His Holy Spirit.
