What Is Happening to the World !
The world has become as a garden filling quickly now with toxic weeds planted by the evil one. They are causing increasing upheavals. They are disturbing the whole world’s society.
Michaela: “What are you referring to, Mark ?”
Mark: “The daily news.”
Michaela: “What about the daily news ?”
Mark: “It seems as if the world is in upheaval. I wonder if the parable Jesus told in Matthew 13 about the Sower and the seeds (and the weeds) is becoming manifest in the world at large and at last – The Last Days.”
Michaela: “Can you be more specific, Mark ? What things in the world lately seem to be weeds?”
Mark: “Well, we who believe in the gospel of Christ are not to judge; so, maybe it would be wrong to be specific about the weeds. And also, it is written: “If anyone imagines that he knows something, he does not yet know as he ought to know. But if anyone loves God, he is known by God.” [1 Corinthians 8:2, 3. ESV Study Bible]. I just have a strong upsetting feeling sometimes as I read news of what is happening in the world that maybe “the weeds” are proliferating rapidly now — and very boldly — and that, consequently, great worldly troubles are at hand. And those “weeds” seem to be deliberately causing trouble. I’m reminded of Jesus’ words in that parable about the Sower and the seeds and the sons of the kingdom and the sons of the evil one; and the one who planted those weeds is the devil, the Destroyer. It seems that the world is becoming more and more a field full of weeds – and those weeds are toxic to the health of all living things; and destructive to peace on earth and good will toward men.”

So when the plants came up and bore grain, then the weeds appeared also.’” -Matthew 13: 24-26. ESV Study Bible.

Michaela: “Why do you think so, Mark ?”
The following three lines seem “not right” to me. I wonder if I should just delete them. And yet, I’m not willing to delete them.
- You are becoming as God in the flesh to me.
- When I see you when I remember you when I imagine you when I write about you
- You are becoming Christlike to me.
Maybe I’m just exaggerating my affection for you.
Maybe I’m being something like Lou Costello of “Abbot and Costello.”
Trying to be cute and funny.
I ought not to worship anyone else but True God.
I do not want to be idolatrous.
Neither do I want the wrath of God to be upon me.
I believe that True God is comprised of the Father, the Son of God Jesus Christ and his Holy Spirit. So, I will not worship anyone else.
That must be why you are becoming so real to me – as if you are to me —

In the city of God
Flowing from the Throne of God and of the Lamb
To us – and to
US.
The Blessedness of God Is with you.
