They vote for those who are polluting the earth and heating it up and destroying it.

They are voting for those who are stealing our country’s revenue and making billionaires of themselves and the wealthy. They have turned our country’s national treasury into a national debt of more than 37 trillion dollars. They are promoting artificial intelligence.
They are even declaring that pennies will no longer be made in the USA.
Is it not fitting that those who are corrupting the government and destroying the earth should declare that they will make no more cents.
They are already making no more sense.
They are making nonsense.
Just as the Roman Catholic religion – which was born out of the worldly Roman Empire — persecuted and tortured and murdered as many as 50 million true Christians for 1,260 years of The Inquisition during The Dark Ages – the corrupt corporate state will treat you as merchandise – after they have destroyed the federal government. They will send some of you to prison and torture you – as they are already doing to some immigrants – by sending them to a prison in Venezuela. And they are already trying to establish an Alcatraz-like prison in Florida’s everglades that is surrounded by alligators. They are servants of “the god of this world” – Satan – whom Jesus said is “the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning;” and the devil is also called “the destroyer” and “the evil one.” And we are warned that “the man of lawlessness” will come before the return of Christ. Anyone who does not believe the gospel of Christ will be deceived by the Anti-Christ and will be deluded by false beliefs and false prophets – who will speak lies to them in the spirit of hypocrisy; and even the church is warned of the danger of apostasy – which refers to “a falling away from the truth.”

This blog: marks imaginings began on this date in 2018 – 7 years ago.
The first post happened on August 16th, 2018 – the day after my mother’s departure on August 15th. She was 88 years old. It was the 8th month. My dad was born in the 8th month: August 29th, 1925. One hundred years ago this month of August 2025. Dad’s life began in August. His wife’s life ended in August. This blog began in August. A character appears in marks imaginings here and there in some of the stories. His name is August Deepening Dawn. Maybe August is a special month in the Richer Family. And maybe 8 is a special number. 8 laying down in Rest is the symbol of both Eternity and Infinity. Sandra Deryck who graduated from Bellingham High School on June 6th, 1980 lived at 8 Lake Shore Drive across the street from Lake Hiawatha. And Doreen Picard lived at 10 Lake Shore Drive. And across the street and just a few houses away lived my Dad’s mother, Lucia Roy Richer and her daughter, my Aunt Estelle Richer – at 17 Lake Shore Drive. My grandmother and grandfather had 8 children; so, there are 10 in their family — counting the Mom and Dad. They grew up at 68 Reed Avenue in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The street name is spelled differently now: Read Avenue. Some things in life change – the temporary things – and some things in life never change – the Eternal Things. Some things are Evermore and some things are Never more. We may participate in the things that are Evermore by believing in Him who is The Eternal Life – He is “the way and the truth and the life – Jesus Christ the only-begotten Son of God.”
A hymn came to mind early this morning while sipping my tea and thinking of Michelle. I don’t know her last name; and was trying to discover a beautiful last name to give her in my imaginings of her. At first, I thought: maternal – as in Michelle Maternal — and then I thought – Meternal – as in Michelle Meternal. And now I’m thinking Michelle Met Eternal – and Michelle Met Eternity – and Michelle of Eternity. And the hymn that came to mind is called: Something Beautiful.
