Worldly News and Worldly Religions
They both have something in common –
The spirit of self
Worldly news focuses on what is happening in the world.
“The World News About the World”
And, since the whole world lies in wickedness, the worldly news about it is becoming just as wicked as the world system is wicked.
And worldly politics has been writing and passing wicked laws for generations – to please the wicked hearts of wicked people — to gain their wicked votes – so that wicked-hearted men can legalize more wickedness.
And the toxic fruit of all their wicked laws is now hanging on the branches of the world system’s tree for all to see how wicked ungodly mankind’s political works are.
People who are in the darkness of this world see all the bad that is happening –
But all they do is shrug their shoulders and say: “That’s just the way it is [in the world].”
They do not have the light of Christ to understand the gospel of Jesus Christ and repent – that is – turn away from the bad in the world – and become true believers in True God.
Just as true believers in the gospel of Christ know better than to believe in themselves, we all need to wake up to True God and believe in Him – and not believe in worldly politics and worldly religions that are all about self-interest – not True God’s Will – but their own will.
The worldly roman catholic religion is not about True God.
It is about its own self – its own worldly religion.
It teaches “another gospel” and “another Jesus [the eucharist] and “another Mary” and “another baptism.”
“Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons, through the insincerity of liars whose consciences are seared, who forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. The more we truly believe in Christ-in-us — the less selfish and self-centered and less proud we become of ourselves. And thus, we become free of and disentangled from the sinful nature that clings to our mortal human self. We become holy unto the Lord. [This writer is not claiming to be there, yet].

Jesus is the way the truth and the life.
Believing in Him is the way out of selfishness and worldliness.
And He is the way into the kingdom of God.

Let go of ourselves, our world, our religions, our opinions, our agendas – all our own works – and our own intentions —
And let God’s Will Be done in each one of us, personally –
So that Christ alone may be on the throne of the heart of each one –
And His Holy Spirit be Sovereign in us —
So that

And we become innocent —
As when we were infants
And had no sense of self at all.
Total selflessness.
Only By Faith in True God and with the Helper – His Holy Spirit – can this healing and transformation of our inner person become a reality.
“I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” -Romans 12: 1, 2.
