I want to love you

I want to recall every word you said to me on February 22^nd, the first and only day-so-far we met.

But I cannot remember every word you spoke to me.

I do remember you said:

“We can be buddies.”

I would like that, Ashley –

Being buddies with you, love . . .

Jesus said:

“My words are spirit and they are life.”

Maybe that is why I love being in conversation with you, Ashley; maybe it is spiritual for us to be speaking words to each other. And the words you speak that I don’t remember – that is spiritual, too. It makes my heart yearn about you and yearn for you and your precious thoughts and words to me.

I told you as we were leaving Burger King and walking to the bank that I ran on the cross country team and did the two-mile on the track team in high school. I asked you if you did sports in high school. Think you said No. Wish I could recall what else you said. Maybe you told me you did something else in high school. I can’t remember.

I imagine walking with you in Oak Hill Cemetery. Imagine it would be lovely walking with you there – in:

Woonsocket’s Wilderness Cemetery.

Thinking of:

The Resurrection of Believers at the Second Coming of Christ.

And the regeneration of the bodies of all true believers –

Both those who have died and are raised again to eternal life —

And those who are still alive at His Coming in Great Glory and Power.

Ashley when you are born again you will know what to do – even when you don’t know what to do. Just wait on the Lord when you don’t know what to do.
