Psalm 90:12 ESV
“So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.”
25,732 [approximately] are the number of my days since my birth in 1951.
Didn’t count leap years because now, at 70-and-a-half, I don’t do leaping of either the physical nor the mental kind.
And I used my trusty calculator that I bought at Save-Rite in the late 1980s or, maybe, the early 1990s. And while I was there at Save-Rite at the cashier, I met my gym teacher from high school – Mr. Tryhubczak. If I recall correctly, he mentioned he was going on vacation. And when I was a student at St. Charles School, there was a girl in my class for a while – not all 8 years – whose last name was Tryhubczak. She may have been his daughter.
Imagine . . . 25,000-plus days. And many people are into their 80s and 90s; so, they have lived many more years than 25000 – plus. It is beyond my ability to comprehend 25,000 days and more. And to try to understand that God has helped me to live through each one of those days. Reminds me of another Scripture:
“Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. It was in Mr. Tryhubczak’s health class for boys in high school that I first heard the phrase “the family jewels” – it sounded like a poetic way to put it.

So, let’s turn now to more serious matters:
On this day [July 3rd, 2022] before the anniversary of the founding of our country or its declaration of Independence – at 70-and-a-half years old I’m not sure anymore which it is –
On July 3, 2022 We the People should be turning away from the wickedness that has brought The United States of America to the condition it is in today: 30 + trillion dollars in deep national debt – while politics keeps allowing the super-rich to pay little-to-no taxes on their exorbitant wealth – and while so many are still clamoring for the evil legalistic “right to do wrong” — to choose to have their own unborn human babies cut to pieces in their wombs and have it paid for by medical insurance corporations – depriving their own children of their human right to life and liberty.
Politics is to our government what cancer is to the body. The politics of the legislators of this world that is itself under the influence of “the god of this world” [not True God] is corrupting the government of The United States of America; corrupting our land, sea, and water — and even the air we all breathe. And the people who vote, are voting for the very ones who are writing the wicked laws that give permission and legal protection to those who are ruining The United States of America. In the morning, sometimes, my thoughts and emotions about this are not to be written down; they seem like the wrath of Almighty God; and I wonder if the abdominal pains I have every day have their cause in this abominable wickedness happening in and to our United States of America – a country now being torn apart by evil.
The government of the United States needs to be cleansed of corruption. Politics is corrupt. Worldly politics is part of Babylon the great – a term for a global and corrupt and corporate system that holds sway over national governments – turning them into servants of the god of this world – the devil. He is the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning. Those who do not truly believe in the Son of True God by the grace of God through faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ, are under the influence of Babylon the great. They are deceived and deluded by false beliefs. And they deceive others. And those who are deceived vote for their deceivers; and their deceivers are corrupting the whole world by writing and passing laws that permit wickedness to proliferate and pollute society and the environment. The environment is becoming increasingly toxic and making all living creatures sick unto death. And the people who know not True God continue to walk in spiritual darkness – knowing not right from wrong nor good from evil; without the Light of Christ they do evil and call it good – abortion – having their own children unmercifully killed in their own wombs [and without anesthesia] — oblivious to the cruelty and murderous evil they are doing to defenseless and innocent human children.
We the People must be born again and become children of True God and receive his Light and His Holy Spirit – so that we can see by His Light and understand by His Holy Spirit – and choose righteousness – and turn away from wickedness. And how can We the People do this when our country has been severely deprived of True God’s righteousness by those who legislate against righteousness by depriving schools of public prayer – so that children grow up not knowing True God — Who created and sustains all things – and those children are deprived of the blessed sense in their classrooms of being brothers and sisters in The Family of True God?

Only by the coming of the kingdom of True God – the home of righteousness – True God’s righteousness – will the earth and the nations be cleansed of evil and do True God’s righteousness – and only then will there be true peace on earth.

Politics cannot save the world.
The kingdom of True God is coming.
The great tribulation is coming to put an end to Babylon the great.
Those who truly believe in the gospel and truly believe on the Son of God will be saved.
They will inherit the kingdom of God; and be regenerated – and resurrected if need be; they will enjoy newness of life in the new heavens and the new earth – that True God will bring into being for His faithful children who are awaiting His appearing.

What Happened to The United States of America?
Are we true to what has been said about U.S.?
One Nation Under God
Indivisible
With justice and liberty for all.
Does our country even know Who God is?
Do we as a nation believe in the One True God?
Are we disciplined as admirable soldiers in True God’s Army?
Or,
Are we undisciplined and not willing and not able to acquit ourselves like men?
Is True God your God?
Or,
Is “the god of this world” your god?
The god of this world is the devil.
He is the father of lies and a murderer from the beginning.
If you don’t believe in the gospel of the kingdom of God; and don’t believe on the Son of True God, then your god is the god of this world.
And True God will hold you responsible for your unbelief in Him – your unbelief toward True God.
You will not enjoy His forgiveness and mercy and salvation.

When I was very young in the 1950s, my grandmother, Me mere Richer, babysat me and my sister while Mom went to work. In the afternoons, Me mere would turn on her TV; and while ironing from an ironing board that came down out of the wall in the room, she would watch “These Are the Days of Our Lives.” I always got a special feeling in my heart and soul whenever I heard the introduction. I hadn’t learned about God yet; but I could feel things – thanks be to True God. And, maybe, thanks be to my Mom also – she made me feel things – with her leather strap. Maybe that helped to circumcise my heart at an early age – and maybe, that helped me get “a heart of flesh” – rather than a heart of stone.
