Remembering Family
Nine of Us
Father and Mother
Raymond and Beulah
Their Seven Children
Four Boys and Three Girls
Nine of us in all
Concerning Birthdays —
Eight of the Nine Were all born within Seven Consecutive Months
February through August
Beulah in February
She always liked to say about her birthday:
“The day before Abraham Lincoln’s birthday.”
I think mom liked Abraham Lincoln
Her older brother, Milton, seemed like Abraham Lincoln – to me.
Mom also liked Ward Bond of Wagan Train – the TV series on Wednesday nights.
Lesley, was their first child –
Born in March
Lisa, their fifth child, born in April
Todd, their seventh child, born in May
Karen, their fourth child, born in June
Dale, their third child, born in early July
Jason, their 6th child, also born in July
Raymond, our father, born in late August
His birthday was the same as the beautiful actress Ingrid Bergman.
He didn’t tell me this. I found out by myself.
And the other thing about Ingrid Bergman is that she also departed this human life on her birthday – about 67 years later. I like to think that her beautiful life was like a homerun. She began it on August 29th and she touched all the bases – making a complete circuit – and touched home plate again at the very end. What a glorious life! Reminds me of another actor – Robert Redford – in a scene for the ages – in the movie The Natural. He hit a very dramatic home run.

Mark, their second child, born in mid-November –
Exactly nine months after Valentine’s Day.
November may not be a pretty month – like April, May and June –
However, many important things occur in November
Election Day — worldly
Veteran’s Day
Thanksgiving Day – Godly
Daylight Saving Time Ends November 1st this year.
November has 8 letters
I like to think “8 is my number.”
I was born at 8:23 AM.
Yesterday I noticed at Epoch Days website that October 4th was the 277th day of the year. And there were 88 days left in this year.
My dad’s license plate number for many years was: RR-277. And mom departed this life at 88 years old in 2018 – in mid-August – the 8th month of the year.

There is something about November in the song:

“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” -Ephesians 3: 14-21 ESV Study Bible.

Thank you, Todd – for getting me to the dentist last Spring –
When I had that terrible tooth ache.
I still don’t understand why the dentist pushed down on my aching tooth so extremely hard – and for so long – before mercifully pulling out that very painful tooth. It still seems like he was doing evil to me. But the result was good – the tooth ache was all gone. Thank you, doctor – and all those who helped me that day – at the dentist office.
Maybe that’s just how the world is toward Christians.
The Romans crucifying Christ
The Roman Catholics during the Dark Ages of The Inquisition
That’s just how it is between the World and Christ
The world in spiritual darkness just cannot see the evil it is doing
The inequity of hoarding worldly wealth for the Few
That leaves the Many suffering poverty and homelessness
The evil of a Godless educational system on America’s children
The evil of an idolatrous – healthcare system
The evil of a devoted-to-money health insurance system
The evil of voting for a corrupt corporate state destroying America’s National Government
Christians pray to God Our Father – every day – in our room – with the door closed
Worldly ones – on Election Day — vote for corrupting Politics – that preys upon them – like wolves in sheep’s clothing.
Thanks be to True God for Social Security –
And also thanks be to those in the government of the United States of America for providing Social Security and many other helpful things for the people of this great country.

Politics commits adultery with Babylon the Great Prostitute
Politics does not serve True God and the best interests of National Government.
Politics has become a worldly and destructive institution
Politics has become a huge Actor on the stage of the world that lies in wickedness.
Corrupt worldly Politics is bringing down the House
