Living In the Avens of Evermore

How is a seed – planted in the garden ?
How is it feeling ?
How is it doing ?
All by itself . . .
Not even knowing anything . . .
How is a babe in the womb at 6 months –

At 8 months –
At 9 months ?
Does it know it is going to be born ?
Does it have any idea it’s about to begin a journey into a whole new LIFE ?
Does it know it’s about to meet its mother ?
Does its mother even want to have her baby ?
Does she even want to be his or her mother ?
Does she believe in Life ?
Does she believe in death ?
Does she want an abortion ?
Does she want her own baby boy or baby girl cut to pieces alive in her womb ? –
And without even a merciful dose of anesthetic ?
Does she have the heart of a mother ?
Does she want to love her baby ?
Does she want her baby girl or boy killed ?
Is her heart only a seed ?
Has her heart been born again ?
Has she given birth/berth — in the harbor of her heart — to The Living Word of God ?
Is the Lord God Creator of All Things – both natural – and Spiritual –
Living in Her ?
Is Her Heart in Love with True God ?
Does she have eternal life ?
Does she live in His Light ?
Is she spiritually awake ?
Does She Have Faith ?
Does She Have Grace ?
Does She Have His Holy Spirit ?
Is She a Daughter of the Heavenly Father ?
Does she speak truth ?
Does she have understanding ?
Is she of Him and by Him and for Him ?

There Is This Little Flying Bug
That’s been in my apartment for about two weeks . . .
Whenever I saw him land I had the thought:
“I don’t want to be a killer.”
So, I let him live.
But . . .
He stayed for so long . . .
Day after day I would see him –
Sometimes he flew by my face as I was reading my computer screen . . .
Sometimes I saw him on the countertop . . .
Sometimes on the cupboard door as I washed cups and a plate and utensils
Sometimes he was on the lip of a teacup half filled with tea . . .
I felt the need to wipe the rim of the cup before sipping my tea
A few times I felt so impatient that I tried to slap him –
Or clap him between my hands as he flew in front of me.
He had a remarkable ability to always fly away.
I didn’t see him yesterday –
For the first time in at least two weeks –
The next day – Today – I saw him again –
His body looked slightly slimmer –
Maybe this one was a younger brother – or sister ?
