True Love Is NOT for Money
And true friendship is NOT for sale
People on Facebook who send a friend request and then expect that you should be sending them gift cards and cash app donations to reward them for being online friends with you are mistaken.
They don’t understand that the only thing a friend owes a friend is honesty, kindness, and godly love.
And if you don’t send them the requested gift card or cash app donation, then they block you – because “You don’t understand them.”
You don’t understand their financial kind of friendship.
They really believe you owe them for corresponding with you.
Even if you send them love letters – it doesn’t matter.
They want your money for their friendship.
Again, true friendship is NOT for sale
As soon as someone gives you payment for your friendship, the relationship becomes like prostitution. And you become – not a friend – but a harlot. And he becomes your customer – not your friend. And the relationship becomes under the influence of the love of money and not blessed by True God’s true love. Instead, it is a sin. And the wages of sin is death. So, the relationship is not healthy and not blessed and enjoys no true happiness. It suffers, instead, from guilt. And it drags down the spirit into the valley of death where sickness is before death is fulfilled. And in that sickness is pain; and pain brings misery. And those who do this sinning can hardly read these words. The light it shines on them is so humiliating that they either cry for God’s mercy in true repentance; or else they become enraged; and in their madness they entertain mean thoughts to write back against the truth, to suppress the truth, to deny the truth; so they can “enjoy” a false sense of vindication against the truth; and continue “enjoying” the pleasures and the financial rewards of their life of sin; while continuing to deceive themselves about the true nature of their illicit friendship-for-money-online-business of pretending to be real when they are actually practicing hypocrisy. One loves money; the other loves her body. As the apostle Paul wrote:
“Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.” -Romans 7:24, 25. ESV Study Bible.

And it can get even worse than that.
This also happened recently.
Elizabeth was after me to send money to her for an Apple card.
Finally, I did send her $100.
Well, then she was telling me she didn’t see the money in her Cash App account.
And yet, my Cash App account was showing that the $100 was “Pending” being accepted by the cash tag I sent it to. And the cash tag was spelled correctly as she gave it to me. So, I began to wonder: Is Elizabeth deliberately deceiving me? is she pretending she didn’t receive it when it’s right there in her Cash App account? Well, after a night of sleep and 14 hours had gone by; and the $100 was not collected; and Elizabeth was still telling me she couldn’t “see” it, I cancelled the donation; and it was immediately returned to my Cash App account. And I immediately let Elizabeth know I cancelled it. So, she starts telling me that I’m not real.
And we had some more friendly correspondences; but, she always gets around to the subject of sending her $100 by Cash App. So, I actually began to try to make the transfer again – and I noticed just as I was about to send the $100 for the second time, that the cash tag it was being sent to had no name associated with it; so, then I wondered if that was why she didn’t find the $100 in her Cash App account the first time – because, maybe, that cash tag is not valid – it has no owner. It’s fake.
Then, I wondered: Why would anyone be after me to send $100 to a fake account?
Is someone trying to aggravate me by harassing me to send them money, knowing that the transaction will fail to complete? Is this “Elizabeth” who I never met in person, trying to antagonize me? Then something even more bizarre happened. Elizabeth was telling me that she was actually a 25-year-old man living in Africa; and that there is no Elizabeth who is 30 years old living in London, UK whose birthday is March 9th.” And then “he” was asking me for a donation. And the next day, Elizabeth contacts me and says she really is Elizabeth; she was only testing me to see if I really loved her the day before when she was pretending to be a man.
And today we were corresponding; and she began bringing up the Cash App donation subject again. And I wouldn’t agree to send it; so, she asked me to not text her anymore. And later, after I sent some Youtube music videos [YMCA] and a chapter from the Bible to her, she blocked me — again.
So, if I can’t write to Elizabeth, I write to my blog.
And I realize that I don’t really know if Elizabeth lives in London; don’t know if her real name is Elizabeth; and her age 30 going on 31; and whether or not her pictures are really hers; and I don’t even know for sure if Elizabeth is a woman in London or a man in Africa.
And I understand some folks will wonder:
Why do I accept friendship requests from people on Facebook just because they show me a beautiful picture and begin by being friendly? The answer is I really like to be in correspondence with a pretty lady.

Early this morning I woke up from sleep
I’m not usually able to recall my dreams any more;
But, this morning, I did remember the dream I had.
I was in a high school classroom; but the desks weren’t there; only very many students all standing together as closely as sardines in a can. And I was in the middle of the pack. And I felt something . . .
Someone was picking the wallet out of my pocket. I put my hand behind me and stopped it from being removed; and I turned to see who was doing it. There was a beautiful young lady right behind me and very close. She smiled and I said to her, “What a beautiful smile you have!” And then, I felt again that someone else behind me was trying for my wallet again. And I woke up.
I believe the world is under a curse from God; and that is why things always go wrong.
That is how it has often gone for me.
I just can’t have what I want in this life.
