The name: El Elyon is found in a footnote in the ESV Study Bible [2008 edition]. It is a footnote for Genesis 14:22-24 ESV. Genesis 14: 22-23 says:

The crucifixion of Christ was accomplished through wicked men;
And yet it was God’s Will that his Only-Begotten Son Should Suffer.
The wicked will pass away along with the world that lies in wickedness.
Their reward will be eternal punishment.
They will not be blessed.
They will not enjoy the glorious regeneration of their bodies at the Return of Christ Jesus in great glory and power.
They will not live in the new heavens and new earth that are coming for True God’s faithful believers.
They choose instead to love the world that lies in wickedness and that is passing away.
Their corrupt politics is not of, not by, nor is it for the kingdom of God.
They are under the influence of “the god of this world.”
Their hearts are set on worldly, temporal things –
The things that are below – and are all passing away —
Rather than the things that are above.
They have not the Wisdom of God –
Nor
The Righteousness of God Almighty.
They are deceived by the Deceiver –
The “god of this world.”
They are not repenting and believing in the gospel of the kingdom of God.
