Born Again Woonsocket
Woonsocket, Rhode Island Needs a New Heart and a New Spirit
Just as all people need a new heart and a new Spirit – by the grace of God [True God] — and by the faith of Jesus Christ and by the help of His Holy Spirit.
“And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. Little children, keep yourselves from idols.” -1 John 5:20, 21 ESV Study Bible.
“Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer; concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
“I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. Now, about our community – at John F. Kennedy Manor in Woonsocket, Rhode Island – the elderly and disabled are still being tormented by a fake fire alarm test [it’s actually an abuse of power – and it is as pretentious as the big, bad wolf dressed up as grandma in the story of Little Red Riding-hood] that torments us by its extreme loudness and its extremely repetitious and obnoxious nonsense; however, just as Jesus rose from the dead three days after His crucifixion, we who believe in True God will also be raised and regenerated gloriously at the Second Coming of our Redeemer and Savior, our Lord of lords and King of kings – while the wicked who crucified our Good Shepherd are still buried two thousand years after they died in their sins, in their state of unbelief.
In their ignorance, they may have no idea how awful it is to be hearing their foolish production. And those who say, “You don’t have to stay home. You can leave.” If you understand how awful it is, why don’t you stop doing that fire alarm test in such an awful way that requires the elderly to leave their homes in January? Why don’t you make it more tolerable? Why don’t you make the fire alarm test in the spirit of “love and kindness and loving kindness?” Imagine someone coming into your home about four times a year; and making obnoxious noise that torments you for about an hour (sometimes longer). This writer imagines those fake fire alarm testers saying: “If our obnoxious and unnecessary fake fire alarm testing bothers you, why don’t you just go away? Why don’t you just leave your home for an hour until we’re done doing this devilish, demonic, hypocritical noise for our evil purposes of tormenting you?” — And imagining me replying to them: “Therefore, you are without excuse. And, “as you sow, so shall you reap.” And, “as you do unto others it will be done unto you.” And, “the love you give is equal to the love you get.” And, “as you measure it out to others, it will be measured to you.” And, “with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Could this awful fire alarm testing be an example of “home grown terrorism”?
Is the fire alarm test a serious example of disturbing the peace of the elderly and disabled neighbors of John F. Kennedy Manor? Is there a law against disturbing the peace? Is the fire alarm test a cause of mental torment that bothers the residents even long after the test is over? Is it a sin to torment people? Is it a sin against the commandments of True God? “But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question to test him. ‘Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?’ And he said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. In my own hometown, though . . .
We need a supermarket and a department store for the people of “My Hometown”.
Side by side on Main Street – in Downtown Woonsocket.
That would regenerate Woonsocket – Our Hometown – maybe . . . [only God knows].
Perhaps locate them where the Longley Building and the parking lot next to it are now.
Perhaps a department store just like McCarthy’s Department Store.
Maybe just one building of five floors — with a supermarket on the first floor; and 4 levels above as a department store. Lots of people would love to see Woonsocket make a genuine and successful return to her former glory days. Let’s bring back Jupiter’s, too; and Beaupre’s Pharmacy; and Mulvey’s Hardware Store; and The Music Box and Krylo’s Dance Studio.

Bring back passenger train service from Worcester, Massachusetts and from Providence, Rhode Island.

And with those two anchor stores on Main Street attracting customers for their grocery and household necessities of human life, many other worthy stores would enthusiastically sprout up — like flowers in a field of green grass in the Springtime.

God Almighty’s Way and Truth and Life are coming over this old world system — like The Ploughman of Springtime — to turn the world field over — to prepare it for Seeding Time – The Seeding of the Kingdom of True God. So don’t be afraid of the tribulation that is going to remove all the world system’s wickedness; and clear His threshing floor – and bring about the “home of righteousness” – His Kingdom – The Kingdom of True God – God’s Hometown – The New Jerusalem – over and above the Jerusalem in present day Israel.

And if you are sadly among those who don’t want righteousness and goodness and holiness and the beauty of the new heavens and the new earth and eternal life . . . well, God’s has a place for you unbelievers — somewhere else – if that’s what you want – to be “somewhere else.” If you don’t want to live peaceably under our Heavenly Father’s Sovereignty and Grace and mercy and “love and kindness and loving kindness” . . . there is another place prepared for you.
If this music breaks your heart – or if anything in life breaks your heart — don’t worry. We all need to be broken [broken open] – like a beechnut – so something better can come forth out of our hard kernel – something better than our hardened hearts and our own dark and ungodly ways of thinking and talking and being that are separated from True God’s Way – The Indestructible Life [see Hebrews 7:16] that is Christ and by which He Rose from the Dead triumphantly never to die again!
